Can I open a business account?
Yes, we are welcome to open business accounts for regular trade customers. This is subject to a credit check and guaranteed minimum order value.
Can we visit the warehouse?
Our warehouse and production facility is not designed for visits from the general public.
Why does Garden Timber Online appear on my bank statement?
Garden Timber Online is a trading name of our limited company that you can see on your bank statement.
How long will the timber last?
The timber comes guaranteed with an anti-rot guarantee for 15 years as standard. We strongly recommend additional treatment to enhance the lifespan of your timber product.
What is batten width?
A batten is a piece of wood approximately 2-inches in width/5cm. They are inserted over the vertical panels of a trellis.
What happens if goods are damaged?
If goods are damaged on delivery from us we will offer a replacement item. If a replacement item is not available we will offer a suitable alternative – subject to agreement by both parties.
What happens if I change my mind and don’t like the item?
If you change your mind on receipt of the item we can offer a full refund minus any delivery costs and a 20% re-stocking fee.
